Effective date: September 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Leadio LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Leadio", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of Content Suite, the website at contentsuite.co, the Content Suite application, the Leadio Compute Node software, our APIs and any related services (together, the "Service"). Content Suite is a product of Leadio LLC.
By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and "you" refers to that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Content Suite is a content production and publishing platform. It ingests source material you provide, such as long-form video, articles, audio and ideas, and uses automated pipelines and third-party AI models to produce derived content including clips, recaps, articles, voice-overs, music, restyled video and microsites. It provides research tools that gather public information about topics, search demand, competitors and local markets, and it publishes approved content to third-party channels you connect. Features are organised into brands within team accounts, and outputs pass through review steps before publishing.
We may add, change or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan.
"Your Content" means everything you upload, link, paste, send or otherwise provide to the Service, together with the outputs the Service generates from it for your account. You retain all ownership rights in Your Content. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant Leadio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transcode, transmit, display, modify and create derivative works of Your Content solely to the extent necessary to operate the Service for you, including sending it to the processors listed in our Privacy Policy and publishing it to the channels you choose. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups, which are deleted on their normal cycle.
You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights, licences, consents and permissions needed to provide Your Content to the Service and to have it used as described, that Your Content and its intended use do not infringe or misappropriate anyone’s intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights, and that it complies with these Terms and with the terms of every platform you publish to.
The Service uses third-party AI models to produce text, images, audio, music and video. As between you and Leadio, you own the outputs generated for your account, subject to the rights of others in the source material. Because AI models may produce similar outputs for different users, we cannot guarantee that outputs are unique, and you have no claim against Leadio or other users for similar outputs.
Outputs can be wrong, misleading, infringing or offensive. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them, for any fact-checking, rights clearance and disclosures required by law or by the destination platform (including AI-generated content labels), and for the consequences of publishing them. Leadio does not review your outputs and is not responsible for them.
Voice cloning, likeness generation and similar features may only be used with the informed consent of the person whose voice or likeness is used.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may remove content, suspend features or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate this section, and we may report unlawful activity to authorities.
When you connect a third-party platform, you authorise us to access it and act on your behalf within the scope you grant. Your use of each platform remains subject to its own terms and policies, and the platform may change or revoke access at any time. We are not responsible for any platform’s availability, actions, content policies or decisions, including removal of your content or suspension of your channels.
If you supply your own API keys or credentials for third-party services, you are responsible for the costs, usage limits and terms associated with them.
The Service may allow you to install Leadio Compute Node software on hardware you control so that rendering and analysis jobs run locally. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to install and run the software solely to process jobs for your own accounts. You are responsible for the hardware, operating environment, network, and any media stored on the node, and for keeping the software updated. We may update, restrict or discontinue node software at any time. The software is provided under the same disclaimers and limitations as the rest of the Service.
The Service, including its software, design, pipelines, prompts, templates, documentation, trademarks and all related intellectual property, is owned by Leadio or its licensors and is protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights. "Content Suite", "Leadio" and associated logos are trademarks of Leadio LLC and may not be used without permission.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation to you.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. To submit a notice, email the address at the end of these Terms with “DMCA” in the subject line and include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located on the Service, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
We will treat Your Content as confidential and will not access it except to operate the Service, respond to your support requests, investigate abuse or as required by law. Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where you provide personal information of others to the Service, you are the controller of that information and we process it on your instructions.
These Terms apply from the moment you first use the Service until your account is closed. You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, if a platform partner requires it, or if we discontinue the Service, in which case we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your term unless the termination was for your breach.
On termination your right to use the Service ends. You may export Your Content before closing your account; after closure we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive, including Your content (licence for backups), AI-generated outputs, Intellectual property, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnification and Governing law, survive termination.
THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL OUTPUTS, RESEARCH DATA AND NODE SOFTWARE, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADIO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR SECURE, THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, ORIGINAL OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE, THAT RESEARCH DATA WILL BE COMPLETE OR CURRENT, OR THAT CONTENT PUBLISHED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR REACH, RANKING, REVENUE OR RESULT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADIO AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100) IF YOU HAVE PAID NOTHING. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless Leadio and its members, managers, employees and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to Your Content, content you publish through the Service, your use of research data, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred. To the extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
